Led the product strategy and minimum viable product roadmap for an internet of things project with a development time of five months from start to going live.

The contactless payment wallet was an IoT MVP built with a custom end-user-facing front end and administrative back-office, using Arduino controllers to facilitate communication between laundromat washing and drying machines and the application. Put together a product requirements document and project plan and provided daily product ownership to complete the MVP release in five months.

Custom Single-page Application "Speedy" for eCommerce

Led the roadmap and development for a custom single-page application for eCommerce built on Magento 2.x using Elasticsearch and Node.js, achieving 1-second page load speeds with 1,000 concurrent users.

Spearheaded the development of a single-page application that was first built as an in-house R&D initiative to offer eCommerce agency clients a supplementary framework on top of Magento 2.x to achieve 1-second page load speeds for 1,000 concurrent users while being optimized for search engine optimization.

Once market-ready, the application was successfully used on five client projects, with the core functionality continuously expanded based on market needs and potential client profiles.

Pivot from B2B to B2C for eCommerce Site

Led the rapid pivot from B2B to B2C customers for an HoReCa SME during COVID-19 lockdown and drove up daily B2C eCommerce sales by 20,000 while helping to optimize business processes.

The HoReCa sector client needed immediate help to pivot from B2B to B2C consumers during the COVID-19 lockdowns after losing 80% of their sales revenue. I acted as an agile coach and product owner and led development efforts to streamline online business processes and service expansion across the country.

White-label Integration for Consumer Credit in eCommerce

Led the design and development of a white-label integration between Magento 2, a 3rd-party consumer credit solution and Dokobit.

The white-label integration was a custom solution between Magento 2 and a consumer credit institution. It included a step-by-step process for end-users to get loan rates, apply for a loan, get a personalized loan offer, verify their identity, sign binding legal documents, and complete the order.

I put together a user flow diagram based on third-party API capabilities and end-user needs and wrote a product requirements document to get the project signed off. Once development started, I provided daily product ownership and future backlog management.

The project was one of four similar projects in the consumer credit and loans sector.
