  • Worked as part of a product team on a major replatforming project enriched with rebranding in the final phase. Focused on headless CMS functionalities and features with marketing requirements for rebranding touchpoints and launch campaigns.
  • Owned the launch of the initial beta users by guiding and orchestrating marketing, the development team, and the Google Optimize specialists to work together to reach this important project milestone.

Rebranding of All Digital Touchpoints

Led the full rebranding on all digital touchpoints for a website, self-care app, we shop, and digital POS apps.

A1 Serbia became one brand under A1 Group, which required redesign and development of a unified website and webshop experience with a special focus on the new self-care application (native and web). I managed four vendors and an internal, cross-functional team to deliver this product change within the timeline that the rebranding project required. We delivered a whole new self-care native app that was redesigned and rebranded with new features that were in the scope for rebranding.

• Managed stakeholders, as all teams had their own interests in the company website.
• Used a custom CMS.
• Followed brand standards with the flexibility to be unique, as needed, for the local market.

Company Website Redesign

Delivered the full redesign of the company website, including UX/UI design, development, QA, launch, and first-line support.

The A1 website is the main digital touchpoint for pushing product offers toward digital customers and for online sales. In the redesign project, a huge focus was on the mobile UX and smooth transition for end-use between two back-end systems (website and webshop). With two external vendors involved in the project, I ensured strong coordination among the vendors and internal resources, which was necessary for a successful launch.

Marketing Automation via Salesforce

Launched the MVP of a Salesforce-based marketing automation product in four sprints with a newly formed Scrum team.

I introduced and implemented marketing automation via Salesforce while serving as a product owner in a Scrum team at A1 Serbia. As the product owner, I was responsible for the product backlog and prioritization. I was also perceived as a change leader in approaching marketing campaigns from a corporate perspective, managing stakeholders, and spearheading marketing automation.

The first two project milestones were achieved on time and 30% below budget by motivating and supporting team members to have the courage to try new things and dive deeply into Salesforce.
