Project History

Insurance Claim App

Led the product management and design of a mobile app to help claimants manage their claims.

The insurance claim app was built for a government agency to help people involved in accidents manage their claims across multiple insurance agencies, as well as then provide wellness advice to help the claimant recover. My role was as a product manager and business analyst. I designed the app along with the requirements and then worked with the developers to ensure that it was developed in time. There was a lot of architecture involved, involving numerous parties, and required fortnightly meetings to ensure that what was being developed met the requirements.
