The auto-fill schedule feature allows users to assign employees quickly on their shifts. Developing this feature gives the company a competitive edge in workforce management for enterprise clients.

It was critical to understand how different users assign their workforce and what are their business specifics. The biggest challenges were understanding and aligning these specific flows into unique UX. Interviewing clients and quickly delivering based on their input allowed me to overcome these challenges and provide a product that gives excellent value to my customers.

Diool is an early-stage startup trying to solve payment and money transfer issues in West Africa. A lack of a banking infrastructure allows fintech startups to leverage telco networks and provide customers with service based on smooth UX and rich set of features.

Significant challenges included building a UX that makes monetary transactions simple without compromising users' security. In the end, we were able to develop a unique business model based on merchant network competing for customer flow.

At the end of the trading day, a set of processes have to be triggered to close trading books and be in line with CCP (clearing house) books. These processes include fee and commission calculation, initial margin calculation, collateral management, etc.

Understanding the flows and messaging of different exchanges and CCPs and combining them into a single easy-to-use solution was a significant challenge. Working tightly with several SMEs, allowed the team to overcome these issues and deliver a critical feature.
