    • Translated the customer vision and experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap.
    • Created a buy-in for the product vision both for customers and with key external partners.
    • Maintained a product and feature roadmap and managed prioritization and trade-offs among the different stakeholders of the product, from sales, engineering, marketing, operations to support.

  • Supply Chain Disruptions Platform
    Led the design and development of a data platform to help companies alert supply chain disruptions from hurricanes to other business incidents.

    I built an innovative, cloud-based platform that helps companies to visualize, track, and protect their global operations. The solution facilitates intuitive end-to-end visualization, tracks shipments, ETAs across different transport modes, inventory levels, manufacturing performance, and enables near real-time monitoring of incidents capable of disrupting supply chains.

  • Voting and Streaming Platform
    Digitalized the For-your-Consideration application for the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

    FYC is the voting platform for the academy members to define and rank the different awards that the Television Academy honors to the television industry in the United States. It was built from scratch, and I contributed to it all, including the MVP, design, development, implementation, and configuration for multiple awards, including the Emmys.

  • US Municipal Bonds Trading Platform
    Designed, led the development, and launched the platform in production.

    There are 1 billion dollars in new money pouring into municipal bonds each week. Using transactional and front-end technologies, the platform was designed to provide an efficient transaction flow between buyer and seller of odd-lots—improving the results for both.

  • Marketplace for Athletes and Celebrity Influencer Marketing
    Led the product discovery, design, and specs for the initial version of the product.

    With this platform, brands connect instantly to athletes and celebrities’ Facebook, Instagram, Twitter feeds, and other social networks and run their social media campaigns with just a few clicks.

    Some of the brands that use this platform are Fox Sports, Mercedes-Benz, Disney, Publicis, Gillette, among others.

  • Social Network for Kids Ten Years of Age or Younger
    Led the design and development of the first version of the social network.

    Togetherville was released in public beta on May 19, 2010. Through online neighborhoods built around each child, the site provides children the experience of an adult social networking site like Facebook.

    Disney acquired the company in 2011.

  • Private E-learning Platform
    From vision to launch, led the entire product development for the platform.

    Social media sports management delivers the most relevant, convenient, and cost-effective social media education on any internet-ready device to ensure that every NFL, NCAA, and individual pro sports members are trained and that brands are protected.

  • Casting Platform
    From vision to launch, led product design and development for the casting platform worldwide.

    Endemol USA is a leading producer of unscripted programming for network and cable television. The studio produces the hit series Big Brother (CBS), Wipeout (ABC), and the syndicated daytime show Steve Harvey (NBC) among others.

    The casting platform allows users (potential personalities) to learn more about Endemol’s shows and register for castings by creating an account and providing pertinent information about themselves, including photos and videos. The back-end tracking tool allows the casting team to identify new/fresh personalities and track their communications with and thoughts about each registered personality.

  • Business Planning Simulation Platform
    Led the product team in structuring the functional spec definition effort, recommending tools, defining processes and deliverables required, and providing brain time to challenge the supply chain's product owner.
