PromGirl's dress shopping app is a transacting eCommerce app that helps users through their purchase path's awareness and consideration phases. It introduced a new way to shop with a Tinder-like interface to review massive numbers of styles and integrate them with the user's favorites and cart.

Led the product and technology development of launch of brand new eCommerce site with unique customer journeys and UX elements.

BoxGenie.com is a new public-facing website that serves B2B and B2C customers with the ability to create and purchase boxes with custom sizing and designs. Built on the Shopify platform and utilizing multiple SAAS products and a custom application, the site features a product designer that allows customers to design almost anything they can imagine to fulfill their packaging needs.

Led the creation of a 10,000 square foot offline retail experience to supplement the online eCommerce brand and store.

Launched the PromGirl.com offline expansion for a 100% online eCommerce brand. After doing regional competitive analytics, I developed and created the go-to-market plan by working with marketing and merchandising teams. Led the technology integration of the offline physical store with the development of custom mobile and web applications for both customers and the store staff to fully integrate the existing website.
