  • Acted as a product owner for a pre-series A B2B2C fintech startup in the banking as a service (BaaS) space. Defined the product roadmap, built the developer experience, and developed the MVP BaaS product.

Backed by leading banks such as Wells Fargo, Chase, and Bank of America, Zelle is the market-leading P2P payment platform and has processed more than $1,000 billion in payments since its launch in 2017.

Launched the REST API application service to register user accounts and securely send and receive mobile payments from Zelle iOS and Android apps via the Zelle P2P payment network. Zelle is the eighth finance app in the Apple App Store, with a rating of 4.8 stars.

Managed the integration of Zelle P2P payment microservice with Visa and MasterCard debit networks. The P2P platform allowed Zelle users to send and receive real-time payments via debit cards. Zelle has processed more than $300 billion in debit card transactions since the app launched in October 2017.

Delivered a dual-token project, which fixed a core architecture problem that blocked the launch of the Zelle mobile app. The project was the second most important EWS corporate initiative in 2017. Designed and delivered the solution on time and under budget, leading to a successful launch of Zelle iOS and Android apps in the fall of 2017.

Integrated portfolio analytics with Thomson Reuters Eikon for desktop to provide financial institutions with one application to manage real-time market data, investment research, and portfolio management.

Launched all portfolio analytics infrastructure tools, including portfolio editor, portfolio and watchlist manager, and custom data manager, that enable customers to create, import, edit, and manage their portfolios in Eikon. He decreased the time to market by six months by rapid prototyping all user workflows.
