Bykea is a transportation, logistics, and cash-on-delivery platform that helps move people, parcels, and payments efficiently. As a consultant for new product verticals, I was responsible for end-to-end delivery of new lines of business and revenue streams (namely food and CPG grocery shopping), independent of the core product and team. The task included collaborating closely with the CEO to capture the vision and strategy and execute that strategy independently with a mix of own resources and those of Bykea.

XpoSim

Led product development of the world's most advanced oil exploration simulator for University of Petronas graduate students.

XpoSim is a technical training simulator for the exploration phase of the exploration and production (E&P) upstream cycle. It covers a broad spectrum of activities such as acreage management, seismic surveying and interpretation, well-prognosis, drilling, completion, and wells' abandonment. It boasts state-of-the-art 3D volume rendering and 3D interpretation capabilities. Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), the premier research university in Malaysia, uses XpoSim to teach students about the energy exploration lifecycle. I was responsible for scoping, strategy, planning, execution, pricing, business development, and sales.

E-services at CDA

Led the development of a complete ERP and automation of the municipal authority of Islamabad, worth over $1 million.

E-services at CDA was an ERP, intranet, and citizens' portal project for the Capital Development Authority (CDA). I was in charge of executing the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements engineering, design, development, testing, deployment, customization, data digitization, training, and support phases.

This is one of NetSol Technologies’ flagship products, used by customers on three continents. As part of the Contract Management System (CMS) team, I was responsible for evaluating user requirements as well as developing front-end data windows for various modules in CMS.

Operation NOVA

Led the development of a financial training game used by Halliburton to train its executives.

Operation NOVA is a financial training game developed by LMKR for Halliburton. The player manages a portfolio of multiple service lines in the E&P upstream sector, aiming to optimize revenue while responding to a changing market scenario over three years. NOVA has been used as a competitive event in the annual Halliburton Business Development Academy from 2007 to 2010, played by thousands of participants at the academy (top Halliburton managers and executives from around the globe). NOVA is entering its 10th year of enterprise-wide deployment in Halliburton for internal use to train managers in the financial aspects of the upstream E&P cycle, including pricing, bundling, discounting, and service delivery.

Medicentials eCommerce Store (Shopify)

Early player in supplying essential PPE supplies to frontline workers in the US when the pandemic hit.

Medicentials was a dropshipping store developed using Shopify, Oberlo, and Dropified, that supplied PPE equipment to the United States via Chinese merchants shipping from warehouses in the US mainland with guaranteed seven-day shipping, at a time when PPE supplies were running critically low at the height of the global pandemic.
