Practo is a digital healthcare startup and is in the consumer, software, and enterprise business in 15 countries.

During 2015-2017 Practo launched its doctor search and discovery platform and clinic management software in Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Brazil.

I led the efforts of building and taking the consumer platform and supplier side products of Practo in these markets. We had a million-plus unique monthly visitors within one year of launch.

During the project, I ran more than 50 sprints leading a team of ten (engineering, design, and marketing).

Built a healthcare follow-up product that allowed patients to follow up with their doctors remotely on chat. This allowed doctors to see 10% more patients.

Enhancing Practice through Technology and Research: Joint venture of UIUC and ISB.

Launched an ad product to promote clinics on a doctor search platform, Practo, in South East Asian markets. I worked on conceptualizing the product and worked on a model to maximize revenue based on optimizing the click through rates. I experimented with different ad locations and types before scaling the product.

I spoke on conversion rate optimization for suppliers on an eCommerce platform.

Built tools to diagnose the performance and provide tailored performance improvement advice with the application of machine learning.

Practo Ray is a clinic management SaaS product that enables end-to-end management of healthcare clinics. I led the efforts to localize the product for Southeast Asian, the Middle Eastern, and Latin American markets.

The quality of a batch of fertilizer is generally measured in the crushing strength of a pellet. Created a model trained using data from 6 months to predict the quality of a batch based on different parameters.
