    ZL E-Discovery was relaunched with advanced ECA (early case analysis) capabilities that put the solution far ahead of the curve among all the players in the space. I led the design and development of the most advanced and complex enterprise search capability the company had built. I worked together with clients and prospects to understand intricate user needs clearly and managed the development of a robust scalable solution for large enterprises that had vast swathes of unstructured data. The solution also provided a term hits report that provided deep insights into the underlying search results and helped our clients make informed case decisions. I analyzed performance data in production environments to provide feedback to engineering which reduced the search times by 75% compared to initial results.
