  • Conducted a GAP analysis with existing internal business tools, custom build capabilities, and third-party solutions. Played a key role in transitioning from a custom build approach to a third-party solution to deliver immediate value to customers.

Legal Delivery Application for Apple TV+

Launched a legal delivery tracking system for internal and external users, significantly reducing the time spent reviewing deliverables and increasing the visibility of outstanding deliveries for all parties.

The legal delivery application is the first of its kind in the studio production industry. The features are specifically tailored to the industry's needs.

I was the product owner of the application but held several roles. I was the business analyst gathering requirements, writing user stories, defining, developing, and driving user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, creating training materials, and managing production deployments. As the project manager, I led the design and development teams to keep the project on track and within scope. I built and managed the product roadmap and was the primary liaison with our business stakeholders. As the product owner, I prioritized the backlog and conducted executive demonstrations and presentations.

Secured Funding and Resources to Build New Enterprise Systems

Created and presented proposal presentations to senior management and stakeholders to secure funding and resources for two enterprise systems for Apple TV+.

Interviewed and captured internal business stakeholders' business needs and analyzed whether their needs could be met with an existing system in the ecosystem, a licensed product, or whether a custom build was necessary.

Based on the analysis, I created Green-Light Presentations to clearly communicate the business needs, the scope, the solutions, and the required investment. Quickly after the presentation was made, I was given the green light to move forward and begin executing the projects and hiring resources.

Design and Launched Hierarchy Manager Business Tool

Launched a tool that manages and creates relationships between metadata for production and broadcast hierarchies in a custom-built application.

Captured the requirements, designed the user interface, and worked with the development team to build and launch the Hierarchy Manager tool within a custom-built application.

The business workflow was very complex and required detailed testing of many scenarios and edge cases. I was also responsible for training users on how to utilize the tool and informing other groups consuming the data of the change in workflow.
