Project History

CrossFit Affiliate Portal

https://affiliate.crossfit.com

Led the ideation and creation of CrossFit's first online payment portal focused on Affiliate account management.

CrossFit has over 30,000 affiliates globally, and the introduction of the account management portal enabled affiliates to schedule payments, break payments into smaller amounts, and receive targeted deals from CrossFit sponsors such as Reebok.

Comcast MyAccount App and Browser

https://www.xfinity.com/manage-my-account

Improved the My Account app by attracting 25 million users.

Helped increase the App Store rating from 2.5 to 2.9 by focusing on stability issues and improving the link out to browser function.

We also ensured deep linking maintained the user's authentication so they would not have to sign in when leaving the app.

Law School Admission Council's (LSAC) Product Strategy

Created the LSAC product strategy group from the ground up.

LSAC has 300 law schools on their platform and no standardized data streams coming back to LSAC informing them of pain points, enhancements, or general metrics.

I worked with the marketing team to create a survey and have that sent to the schools. I also created dashboards to monitor feature usage and instituted a monthly focus group of random law school members.
