  • Led T-Mobile's Sprint merger project, ensuring seamless store management system integration by mapping, consolidating back-end data, and unifying customer-facing features affecting 7,500 stores and millions of customers.
  • Managed increasing store closure requests during the COVID-19 onset by creating a role-based Salesforce application that facilitated real-time updates to store hours across internal systems, the T-Mobile website, and Google.
  • Redesigned the process to accurately link contracts to accounts across billing and sales systems. This overhaul eliminated manual tasks and redundant data sets, streamlining operations.
  • Owned the customer 360 roadmaps for customer service and lead management interfaces.

Project History

Combined Maps and Store Data for T-Mobile's Sprint Merger

Led the "web to store" project team for T-Mobile's Sprint merger. This included migrating store data and combining store functions, features, and web experiences across the companies.

T-Mobile is the second-biggest wireless carrier in the US, with revenues of 80 billion dollars and 130 million subscribers. During the merger, I led a project to combine the store data of the two companies. This included technical mapping and identifying how to display the combined stores effectively across web and mobile platforms.

Executive Response Application

Led a consulting team to build executive response infrastructure to allow a team of experts to manage the T-Mobile brand effectively.

This project involved creating an application to support a team of reps, managers, and legal experts in fielding customer requests presented through message boards, social media, and emails to executives. The app included request normalization, prioritization and cueing logic, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Rollout of Financing Infrastructure

Led the project that opened the door to device financing in telesales at T-Mobile.

The feature that allowed T-Mobile to move away from subsidized devices allowed T-Mobile to finance them instead. Taking on this project meant a lot of new integrations for T-Mobile's telesales systems, including crediting and identity verification systems, financing engines, and electronic signature systems. All these improvements had to come together with a new sleek UI design to deliver a stellar customer experience.
