Project History

  • eCommerce Platform for
    I led the development of a new proposition and new web platform for, the largest online art gallery in the Netherlands. has over 30.000 pieces of art in its collection. These artworks are rented to businesses, and wanted to open the collection also to consumers. That's why I introduced an art membership and the possibility to choose art from the database and order the piece at home. We have digitalized the collection in Zoho and connected it with a custom-built eCommerce interface through API. Also, I have introduced the new membership successfully in the Dutch market and built a successful business case for further investment in growth.

  • Introduction of the Largest Instagram Museum in Europe
    Led the concept development and realization of The Upside Down Amsterdam, a 1500 m2 interactive experience in Amsterdam that attracted over 50.000 visitors in the first half year.

    I have developed the concept and business plan and organized funding for the 1500 m2 experience. I built the website and integrated our own ticket sales platform. I also developed and led the realization of the connection of fixed photo installations, allowing for direct sales of photography and automated connection to social platforms. Also I have led the creative teams for our marketing campaigns and Instagram accounts, resulting in over 50 million impressions during the launch and working with leading influencers. Furthermore, I have partnered and integrated with several OTA's, such as Tiqets, GetYourGuide, and Expedia, to organize affiliate sales.

  • eCommerce Platform and Redesign of
    Led development and design of a new web platform including eCommerce functionality, opening online sales in Europe.

    I crafted a new UX design aligned with the brand identity and rebuilt the back end, integrating it with the current IT stack. Also, I aligned the platform with retail sales, initiating new web campaigns, building online traffic, and integrating offline communication and events. I implemented analytics and continuous brand tracking (market research) and managed the stakeholders.
