  • Midterm Student Housing Marketplace
    Built the MVP from scratch for a midterm rental marketplace for off-campus student housing.

    4stay is a SaaS-enabled online marketplace for student and intern housing.

    I developed a product strategy to ensure scalable growth and create efficient marketplace dynamics. I also built the product from scratch and launched the MVP.

  • Unicoaero Driver Delivery App
    Designed and lead the iOS and Android app projects which were released in eight languages, 20 countries, and executed 200,000 deliveries.

    The Unicoaero Driver App automates delivery order assignment, pick-ups, location tracking, and ETA. It eliminates the paperwork and introduces a revolutionary improvement for the delivery process. Route optimization also saves time and fuel and increases the efficiency of the delivery operation more than 2-fold.

  • Shopify Store: Dropshipping
    Built a 100% drop shipping sourced eCommerce site and generated $250,000 in revenue in nine months.

    I created an online gift shop on Shopify and then built a 50,000 strong audience from scratch. Finally, I ran optimized Facebook and Instagram ads to drive traffic with a 3.7% conversion rate. I also ran the email and user engagement campaigns for repeat sales.

  • Jebwa, Pre-owned Luxury Designer Items Retailer
    Created the marketing strategy and built the user acquisition funnel from scratch and generated $60,000 revenue in 60 days.

    Jebwa is an online pre-owned luxury designer bag store.

    I created Jebwa's marketing strategy and built its brand identity. I also executed the digital marketing plan including social ads, paid CPC, newsletter marketing, email automation. In 60 days we have acquired 1,000 customers and reached 40,000 monthly visitors.
