After conducting in-depth research that included user interviews, surveys, stakeholder workshops, clickable prototypes, and information architecture analysis, we rolled out a completely new resume that adapts automatically to any intelligence we captured, either explicit through job requirements or implicit via various integrations with systems that provide insights about companies worldwide.
The outcome was initially great feedback from clients who expressed the feeling that we did our homework, but also in the form of improved OKRs, i.e., increased interview rate by 40% and improved hiring rate and revenue by 20%.
My role was to conduct end-to-end product work, including research, design, business case approval, delivery by a ten-person engineering team, and continuous improvement work after the rollout.
Sustainalytics | Benchmarking and Rating Platform for Large Investors

Our project created a risk rating framework that crawls the web for public information, parses and transfers it to a team of human analysts, and then creates benchmarking, analytics, and ratings covering all economic domains.
The impact was creating a new product, the ESG Risk Rating, valued at tens of millions of dollars that started being offered to institutional investors.
My role was to create the vision and the roadmap and deliver the platform by leading two engineering teams with 15 developers.
IONOS | Domain Registration Platform for One Million Users

This project replaced a legacy platform with a new, highly configurable system that offers infinite potential integrations with domain vendors' APIs.
We built it as a white-labeled solution to manage other companies' domain portfolios while having specific branded front ends for their clients.
The impact was a 50 percent reduction in the time needed to buy an internet domain, shortening it from minutes to seconds. We also noticed a decrease of three times in customer complaints due to long-running domain lifecycle processes through improved UX.
As a technical PO, I led three development teams, i.e., front-end, middleware BPMN, and back-end ones with 20 engineers in total, that refactored and rolled out the new platform.
