Project History

Cisco Cloud Professional Services in IDC Market Scape

Cisco was positioned in the leadership quadrant for Cloud Professional Services in 2018.

I led cross-team collaboration with Cisco marketing, Cisco services leadership, customers, etc., to build a strategic message for the IDC MarketScape survey. This process was repeated three times between 2015 to 2018.

Cloud Transformation

Delivered multiple Cloud Transformation Workshop to discuss Cloud adoption priorities. As a follow-up, provided a report on prioritized deliverable expectations and then proposed Cloud Adoption Services win around 200-300k deals as land opportunities

While Cisco was hiring resources, I delivered multiple cloud transformation workshops to medium and enterprise customers focused on 10 domains: Infrastructure, Virtualization, Automation, Customer Interface, Services Catalogs, Financials, Platforms, Applications, Security and Compliance and Organization, and Governance and Processes.

The above workshops were facilitation sessions to bring the executive, IT, application, operations, security, and finance teams together and lead the discussion to help them understand cloud transformation (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and what's required for each domain with guidance on what other customers are doing in the industry to capture their priorities.

The multi-session workshops were followed up with a report that captured the customer's immediate activities, such as application portfolio analysis and ROI analysis to migrate to the cloud, hiring resources for managing cloud, security, compliance, and governance assessment to understand the risks and mitigation plans or process documentation and change management, etc.

They would be followed up with a proposal for cloud adoption services. I did 20+ workshops with nearly 70% win ratios of 200,000 to 300,000 service opportunities.

Mobile Application for Cloud Readiness Assessment

Worked with mobile application developers to run cloud readiness assessment for Cisco Sales

I have worked with various customers, sales, marketing, and market research firms (IDC, etc.) to capture a set of questions to facilitate sales discussion on cloud readiness.

Then I have worked with Mobile application developers to build a mobile application for IOS Android platforms for Phones and Tablets to make it easier to conduct such communications.

It was released to Cisco Sales to capture the discussion and output reports.

x86 Emulator on Motorola

Built full x86 emulator on Motorola platform using assembly language.

Built complete Intel x86 emulator on Motorola platform using assembly language for Indian Physical Research Lab (PRL) during my engineering project for a year. It was designed so that PRL can run multiple test scenarios for the Intel platform on the Motorola platform.

Built a SaaS Offer | TKLaaS

Built the SaaS offering, TKLaaS, and technical knowledge library as a service for enterprises.

I developed an education services product for Cisco customers on best practices and collaborated with partners for B2B go-to-market strategies. I also worked with multiple partners to obtain additional certifications. Additionally, I created an aggressive pricing strategy based on the number of licenses and subscription duration. This product achieved $7 million in first-year revenue through partner sales.
