Striveeo

Built and launched a B2B SaaS platform for companies to manage their objectives and goals.

Striveeo is an online platform developed to help companies manage their objectives and goals. The platform was designed and developed by myself as a side project that subsequently became a business and is currently used by several organizations.

Geo Targeted Rates for Booking.com

Led design and development of the Booking.com Country Rates and US State Rates targeting products, reaching millions of reservations annually.

The US State Rates product enables hotels to target customers from specific countries and states with a discount. I was this product's manager, plus all the other countries' Booking.com targeting products.

For this project I:
• Worked with hotel owners to define their price targeting and revenue management needs.
• Collaborated with the team's UX designer to develop a viable solution to meet the hotel's and the customer's needs.
• Executed and delivered the product with the development team.
• Worked with GTM and marketing to bring the product to the market and get it successfully adopted.

Market Insights and Analytics for Booking.com

Created and led a new team that provided our hotel partners with data insights and recommendations around revenue management. Increased some pricing product adoption by double-digit percentage numbers.

Booking.com has an extensive portfolio of pricing products, which can be difficult for our hotel partners to navigate. Based on the comprehensive data we had access to, we could provide hotels with insights and recommendations around how to structure their pricing strategy and understand the impact of their pricing actions.
