I brought the AMR to launch on-schedule and under-budget.
Redimark.com Industrial Date Coder
Ideated, developed, and launched a completely new concept in industrial printers.
The development included not only a printer and new inks, but also a new website, a secure eCommerce storefront, IIoT cellular-based cloud connectivity, a web-based user portal, smartphone apps in Android and iOS, and a SaaS program to increase customer loyalty as well as downstream revenue.
Despite a commoditized market, I was able to charge a premium and earn total margins greater than the competition.
