My role was to productize an API-based strategy for expeditious transition while leveraging the legacy systems and integrating services offered by fintech to develop compelling customer value propositions.

The project included collaboration with the head of product and technology to establish a lean portfolio management organization by driving a clear execution strategy for all organizational MBOs.
