My role was to productize an API-based strategy for expeditious transition while leveraging the legacy systems and integrating services offered by fintech to develop compelling customer value propositions.

Lean Portfolio Organization

Established the lean portfolio management organizations at three large organizations resulting in higher ROIs—according to Fortune 500, ROI increased from 40% to 70% in the first six months.

The project included collaboration with the head of product and technology to establish a lean portfolio management organization by driving a clear execution strategy for all organizational MBOs. We set the processes for a cohesive product portfolio vision that worked with enterprise architecture, roadmap, and governance and developed training for the leadership and organization.
