Auto Refill for Retailers in Reliance Jio

Designed, developed, and rolled out an innovative auto-refill system for retailers, which drove $100,000+ in revenue per day during the pilot phase.

I studied and identified a key improvement area to bring efficiency to retail staff duties and designed an innovative solution to increase efficiency in field operations. Retailers were getting their balances topped up in the afternoon, causing a loss of business during morning hours. I conceptualized, developed, and rolled out an "Auto Refill" pilot for retailers. During the pilot phase, the mechanism drove $100,000+ in daily revenue.

"Only For You" Customer Value Campaign

Led the implementation of India's first analytics-driven, personalized telecom usage and retention campaign, which touched 50 million customers with an estimated revenue upside of $5 million in one year.

The "Only For You" campaign involved sourcing data on 72 variables from various systems every month, running an analytics algorithm to identify optimum offers, and configuring and communicating customized offers to customers through automated IVR and SMS channels.

Jio Digital Campus

Led the Jio Digital Campus initiative that resulted in tie-ups with 10,000 educational institutions with nine million students across India.

The tie-ups involved a mix of services, networks, product awareness, and CSR activities. I drove the tie-ups with approximately 10,000 institutions and successful wifi deployment in these colleges serving nine million students.
