Conceptualized the world's first conversion rate optimization (CRO) platform used by over 2,000 businesses across the globe.

Led the overall product's strategy for a suite of six products by single-handedly building and ideating two products in a suite of six products to serve conversion optimization needs.

I also created and ideated a customer experience (CX) solution built on an A/B testing platform that helps product teams discover customer pain points. The product is widely used by more than 1,000 organizations and is contributing millions for ARR.

Developed one of a kind project management platform designed specifically for planning and managing conversion optimization programs. Over 500 organizations widely use the product. Scaled the team to six product managers and three product analysts.

Led a strategic project to build a culture of experimentation by running more than 100 experiments in 100 days.

Building a culture of experimentation was a strategic project for the organization to teach data-driven decision-making.

I created a well-defined process to scale experimentation across the organization. We started with five members in the marketing department and scaled it to over 40 members running experiments on a day-to-day purpose.

The lead conversion rate increased by 15% in less than three months as a good side effect.
