OVERVIEW
I built and led a 20-member team to design, develop, and grow the eCommerce platform from zero to one. We developed the storefront for desktop and mobile websites and the iOS and Android apps; the back-end infrastructure; and analytics and tools for other business functions, including marketing, fulfillment operations, customer service, analytics, and catalog management.

We integrated platforms, such as payment gateways and wallets, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Google Cloud Platform, Jira, GitHub, and Crashlytics. In addition, I defined the product metrics, KPIs, and goals in Google Analytics and developed dashboards in Google Data Studio for weekly business review decks for executives.

RESULTS
• Improved the conversion rate by 3x and the average basket value by 2x in one year.
• Reduced the checkout drop-off rate by 8% and increased the overall digital payments by 15%.
