The web and mobile-based eCommerce application was fully integrated with all retail and supply stores within a 10KM radius of the hospital so patients and families staying at the hospital could buy and order basic supplies from their beds.

An e-Commerce app within the My Healthhub portfolio of applications allows patients to order basic supplies starting from personal hygiene supplies to clothes to food to anything they might need to feel comfortable during their stay at the hospital. This was particularly important during the pandemic when patients were not allowed visitors. So, an eCommerce app and getting things delivered on demand helped them be comfortable.
