Zoom Phone is a leading voice SaaS service in the US.

I identified an excessive time lag for activating customers for voice service after signing up. Therefore, we automated the workflow steps via API integration with the third-party service providers for know your customer (KYC), global business address verification, and global business entity registration verification.

Launch Zoom Phone in Japan

Launched Zoom Phone service in Japan, which went live after a 3-month beta trial with 30 customers, including enterprises and SMBs.

Zoom Phone is one unified app for phone, video, meetings, and chat. It allows the user to seamlessly make and receive phone calls, share content, participate in video meetings, and send chat messages from Zoom desktop and mobile apps.

The app went live after conducting a three-month beta trial of Zoom Phone in Japan. We converted 90% of the beta customer to paying customers, integrated voice service with local carriers, and localized the service for Japanese customers.

Visualizations and Insights for SaaS Deployments

Built an application to visualize business insights from service provider SaaS deployments.

I developed an analytics application using Docker and AngularJS to provide visualization to service providers' collaboration SaaS deployments. This application provided business insights for resource and capacity utilization per-tenant basis.
