- Guided a team size of 60+ people, which included PMs, AI and ML engineers, data scientists, engineering, marketing, UX, and program management.

MyKumpany - Work Force Management Solution
Product head responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle of the MyKumpany app with a enterprise user base of 3000 users.
With a team size of 10, including designers, developers, PM, and QA, we released the MVP in six months. As a founder, I was responsible for the full product lifecycle, from product ideation, product fitment, and UX to the product's development, marketing, and sales.
We achieved a user base of 10 enterprise customers in the first six months and grew it to 3000 odd users of the system. The product was a SaaS product in the cloud with monthly subscription-based billing.
Cloud-based Agent Commissioning System
Played the role of CPO for a startup in stealth mode to develop the Agent Commissioning platform. Managed all cross-functional teams for the release of the MVP.
I set up the full Agile practice and processes to enable smooth delivery of the product. In addition, I managed to release the MVP in seven months with a team of eight people and two designers.
