  • GoDaddy Website Builder Product
    Increased the conversion rate of a website builder product by over 50%—300,000+ sign-ups per month and 500,000+ customers

    We ran multiple tests on the onboarding via conversion steps and increased the conversion rate of the product.

    Our process was to run product experience teardowns by channel and then look for data to backup or reject our initial hypothesis. If we saw evidence that supported our hypothesis, then we ran tests to see if we could move our KPIs, and our success rate was over 50%.

  • Helix Cloud
    Figured out an open beta launch and product-market fit.

    This product aimed to facilitate the process of developers and designers working together to build products.

    Through research and analysis, we figured out our target customers as well as honed in on the persona. We then analyzed our product from that lens. It turns out that we missed a few critical features, which we quickly built and shipped, and that increased our product engagement by over 7X.

  • Machine Learning Product
    Built a roadmap for a machine learning (ML) product.

    This project involved a very ambiguous problem that required running in-depth data analysis and collaboration with very senior data scientists.

    Building a roadmap meant one had to understand how users search for content and consume it. Along with having to figure out what data sources we would connect to and facets, we would consider to build our model; we needed hypotheses to test and train data to train it.
