Industria Queretana is a 30-year-old company in the agricultural space. They have an office in Queretaro City and a production facility near El Lindero, a low-income community with a population of over 1,000 inhabitants. Industria Queretana wanted concurrency and real-time data flow, but there was a catch; all of this had to work over a 2G internet connection. Industria Queretana needed a solution to plan, control, and manage their production facility. This included inventory entries, production planning, and handling costs. We ran user and stakeholder interviews, defined a feature set, and learned production management principles.

In 2017, Queretaro's State government created a program to reduce fatalities related to heart attacks. Our client needed a way to generate data regarding these incidents and a way to track the efficiency of the program. The product consisted of a web app and a hybrid mobile application built with React Native. In Mexico, high-specialty ambulances are not as openly available as in the US, Canada, or Europe. This presented a series of challenges, such as patient ownership and data duplication. We created a way to transfer patient ownership between EMTs in an offline, battery-light protocol, replicating how the internet works with Dynamic QR Codes.

Civic Nation is an association that compiles a series of initiatives from the Obama's. Civic Nation is the umbrella for programs that range from vote promotion to gender equality. As an NGO that promotes inclusion, and with a plan to grow the number of programs, they needed a simple way to provide legibility. We achieved this through a custom WordPress plugin that evaluates the initiative's color, and displays the font color with the highest contrast possible. All branding and design were handled by NUU Group.
