The data deletion tool can delete data in NetSuite in an automated way. By clicking the Execute button, the transaction base on the record, subsidiary, and selected date will be deleted. It saves at least 45 minutes of transaction deletion, depending on the number of transactions the user needs to delete.

Automation of Financial Workbook

The tool aims to change the existing accounts in journal entries to vendor payments. The automation tool gathers the accounts in the journal entries, deletes them, and ensures the final amount is balanced. It automatically creates a CSV tool for the vendor bill and imports it to NetSuite. It also applies payment to the vendor bill.
