As the driving force behind Thirdroc’s groundbreaking AI-powered credit analysis and lending platform, I spearheaded the end-to-end development of the industry’s first autonomous lending solution. From initial ideation to execution, I defined the strategic vision, identified high-impact use cases for AI agents in credit risk assessment, and translated them into actionable technical workflows. Leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and cloud-based APIs, I architected a scalable system with human feedback loops and dynamic memory management to ensure real-world applicability. I led a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists and aligned stakeholder expectations, validated solution-market fit, and delivered a cutting-edge product that redefines automated lending.

Web lending platform Fintranxect is a web application ecosystem hosted on AWS cloud servers. It provides an automated interface to end consumers who seek loans from different banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions called lenders. The web platform has been integrated with these lenders through a set of secure APIs and various partners who generate leads for consumers seeking loans. The web platform is also integrated with these partners through secure APIs. The complete platform is SSL protected, and data encryption is followed at several points to ensure the data protection of consumers.

As the product head and project lead of this project, I discussed and understood the initial base requirements of the management, converted these base requirements to broad functionalities, guided the design of wireframes with the help of a designer, created a feature roadmap, and ensured that the development team had a proper understanding of the work to be done. Used Agile Kanban framework through Jira to manage the day-to-day work and updates and ultimately grew and stabilized it to the 10,000 orders processed level with around 32 partners and lenders integrated into the platform.

DoRunDo is a newly launched visitor management and COVID-19 compliant apps ecosystem. It allows the logging of visitor data in a secure way in the cloud for later retrieval for tracking and tracing purposes, thus serving the full purpose of visitor management. It has been created to simplify the process by removing many functionalities in other apps and by sticking to the minimum functionalities that serve the sharp focus of what's needed. The important aspect is that I have been able to lead the whole project right from ideation to launch successfully and, along the way, coordinated with various skill set team members to get the desired job done.
