  • Spearheaded productive and enhanced use of Clarity PPM, a project and portfolio management platform, within 13 business units and an installed base of 50,000 users.
  • Led a team of business analysts in the development of user stories, which became the basis for quarterly releases of the Clarity PPM platform.

Project History

Clarity PPM Infrastructure Upgrade

Led the project and infrastructure teams in the upgrade of the Clarity PPM infrastructure while continuing to manage functionality releases.

Various aspects of the Clarity platform came into play as the team was charged with upgrading (in place) database and application servers to enable future functionality. I managed and provided direction to the infrastructure resources while continuing to manage the release of Clarity configuration changes. The team's success centered around continuous delivery of functionality and a seamless replacement of server hardware. My team achieved both, and I was proud to have led the effort as the business analyst lead and product owner.
