I led cost avoidance initiatives across production business units and the development of a data lake and dashboard that surfaced data and insights for product development. Furthermore, I conducted customer interviews and design thinking sessions to identify core user stories and themes, accelerated prioritized customer value delivery by 20%, and guided four delivery leads with a team of engineers to deliver a reprioritized product backlog focused on customer impact. Due to successful budget management and other initiatives, I was promoted to senior manager one year ahead of my peers.

I improved product-market fit for MVP through enhanced design thinking, requirements documentation, and beta-testing processes, which resulted in forecasts and actions to prevent losses. I also planned and orchestrated the product team scaling to deliver the product roadmap and managed designers, product analysts, engineers, and data scientists to deliver a product roadmap.

The project involved changing the mobile app and adding shipping features. I managed a development team of 12 remote engineers to reduce app crashes and increase sign-ups and meter reading submissions. I also led the first agile development team in the organization, defined agile ways of working, coached other development teams, and orchestrated the delivery of a mobile payments feature that processed multi-millions in payments since deployment.
