Led the design and development of project automation and anomaly detection software for a drone-services company.

A leading drone-services company was struggling to keep up with the influx of quick jobs (missions) created when a storm damaged roofs. I led the technical teams that built an industry-first software called the MissionTracker™ for automated project management. This work included public and private APIs for client integrations and migration to Amazon AWS S3 for image storage and processing.

Phase 2 involved solving the problem of analyzing and reporting on all the aerial imagery that they collected. We developed the software for aerial imagery editing and the training of a machine learning model for anomaly detection for roof inspections.

Operator Portal for Wireless MVNOs

Led the IT product management core systems teams in to deliver a MVNO operator portal.

My team was responsible for delivering the Core Systems (Billing, Charging, Data Warehouse), Network Provisioning, and Carrier Services APIs for the retail portal. This included the record-breaking launch of the company's MNO integration with the Retail Wireless platform, including integrations with T-Mobile and AT&T networks. The project was completed with the successful migration of legacy customers.

Uninsured and underinsured people in the United States have a hard time finding accessible and affordable medical help. As the head of product for a telemedicine startup, I led the market research, prototype development/validation, patent application, and ultimate development and launch of the platform.
