This project raised the attachment rate of the highest end thermostats from single digits to above 40% for system installations.

Mobile App for Commercial HVAC testing

Led the specification and development of associated tests and measurement for the commercial HVAC-testing equipment worldwide, improving field productivity by 50% for more than 80% of contractor customers.

Enhanced field productivity by 50% for commercial test and balance contractors by transforming the product line, using Bluetooth and mobile apps to enhance the efficiency and speed of field-data collection and speed up report generation.
