The tool depended on reusable components built for Toptal's design system, ensuring the landing pages match design and marketing guidelines. Before this tool, landing pages took 1-3 months to create and publish. This tool helped decrease this time to only three weeks.
Debriefing Drivers at the Warehouse
Decreased the time it took to debrief drivers by 40-50%.
Cash collection is an essential part of shipping in Egypt. Improving this process included multiple rounds of discovery, interviews, and development that took almost a year to stabilize and adopt in warehouses nationwide. It was a partnership between product, design, development, and operations teams. Framing problems, coming up with solution options, and testing using prototypes were essential to the success of this project.
Construction Project Search Platform
