Smart Number is a cloud-based smart number solution that allows individuals and businesses to maintain two phone numbers on a single mobile connection. The project entailed product conceptualization, design, financial evaluation, development, integration, testing, fulfilment process design, and launch. It also entailed go-to-market planning and implementation.

Mobile Switchboard Service

Led the design, development, delivery, and commercial launch of a hosted, cloud-based, PBX solution for small, medium, and large enterprises.

A fully hosted private branch exchange service that allows employee mobile numbers of subscribed enterprises to function as office extension lines while still retaining the primary function of a mobile phone. I led the product design, development, and cross-functional effort that culminated in the successful launch of the service.

Cloud Enablement Platform (CLEP) for SaaS and IaaS

Led the localization, integration, and launch of the Cloud Enablement Platform (CLEP) that functioned as a service management and usage platform for hosted SaaS and IaaS services for small and medium-sized business customers.

A B2B service orchestration, product provisioning, and subscription and customer management platform to provide hosted SaaS and IaaS services to business customers. The project delivered a customer-facing marketplace portal and a multifunction orchestration platform that provided product and service provisioning and mediation, SaaS provider and customer management, revenue settlement, and reporting functionalities.

Network as a Service (NaaS) Partnership

Led the operating model design, solution and partner evaluation, deal negotiation, and process definition, resulting in the successful introduction and integration of the new NaaS model for expanding the company's mobile and digital service coverage.

The project entailed designing, developing, delivering, and launching fully hosted audio conferencing services for medium and large enterprises for two different organizations.

I delivered the product concept and requirements documentation, business case justification, platform evaluation, installation and testing, service fulfilment and support process definitions, and go-to-market plans required to launch the service successfully. I also led the successful commercial launch of the service and in-life product management after the launch.

IPConnect Launch | An IP/MPLS Connectivity Solution

Developed and launched the pioneer IP/MPLS connectivity service for the company, which now constitutes the core of the group company's expanded service offering covering 15+ countries.

The project entailed developing, delivering, and launching a robust connectivity solution based on the internet protocol/multiprotocol label switching technology.
