A fintech startup I consulted for had a business goal of increasing conversions quickly. I needed to understand the current friction points and market opportunities, so I ran user research, analyzed drop-off points, and analyzed similar products through a competitive analysis. Leveraging those insights, I developed a strategy and then partnered with designers and engineers to outline the best solution. I led the product development team through the execution phase, and the launch exceeded our initial goals.

Audience Insights for Media Allocation

Led the strategy and development to launch an AI analytics platform that helps brands learn about their target audience.

I joined as the first product manager at Digitas to focus on launching a big data platform called Idiom. The product pulled in behavioral data from various sources. After applying a predictive modeling layer, the tool would tell brands they should be targeting with their media to achieve specific goals. I was in charge of defining the strategy and roadmap, leading the daily execution, defining the go-to-market plan, and running global demos of the product.
