Transitioned from a simple 2-criteria definition of a lead to a complex algorithm that accounted for multiple channels and quantitative engagement metrics. I collaborated with global marketing teams to understand the nuances of their regional workflows and key data points.

New Member Referral Program

Redesigned and implemented the new member referral program that grew into our 3rd largest source of new members and the largest source of top-tier members within four months of implementation.

Performed data analysis that highlighted the value of this new member channel and showed that we could still recoup the cost of higher rewards paid out.
