Project History

New Implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud

Implemented a greenfield Salesforce organization and data migration from SalesLogix and other data sources.

A Salesforce CRM data migration from existing CRMs and other data sources into one system. I was responsible for capturing current and future processes for the six sales teams, cleansing and migrating data, defining the data sharing rules each team required, and migrating the compensation manager Xactly. This successful implementation allowed the sales teams to get one view of their customers while still allowing them to compete where customer information was sensitive.

Release of 22 Insurance Products in Three Months

Managed a team of six to analyze, build, and release 22 products across five lines of business in three months, meeting the company's go-live date and allowing it to trade.

Iprism Underwriting Agency Limited was the first company in the UK to launch direct-to-broker comparison commercial insurance, which also gave partners delegated authority. Ultimately, the team I managed developed and maintained 50+ products on the platform from all the main UK insurers.

Release of Salesforce Service Cloud

Served as the product manager on the release of Salesforce Service Cloud for a team of 35+ service representatives, migrating from a Zendesk instance with 120,000 archived and 2,000 active tickets.

I collaborated with the support team to determine which priorities to include in this time-sensitive project. I also managed the implementation roadmap and worked closely with the development and business teams and 3rd-party vendors handling the data migration.

Integration of an Insurance Platform with Main UK Comparison Websites

Increased the client's market exposure significantly and truly catapulted them toward success. They went from thousands of pounds of annual recurring revenue to earning millions.

For this project, I was the center of communication between developers, testers, underwriters, marketing, and senior management. I completed all the mapping activities between APIs and led the testing. After completing this a couple of times, I defined the process and trained someone to complete the rest of the comparison sites.
