Achieved the product delivery of a data management platform for 2D and 3D dental patient image data.

Xflow is the unique, open-cloud storage solution for all digital patient data. No matter what software or equipment clients use in their workflow, they can safely store, efficiently manage, and easily retrieve or preview and share patient data: such as intraoral scans, model scans, patient photos, x-ray data, and post-treatment information.

I led the discovery and business model determination with the CEO, presenting to the board myself. Acquiring budget, I managed the product development with an external tech team and delivery of pilots. The positive feedback to user testing means we delivered the product to initial customers of the MVP and managed new customer support procedures.

Led commercial and strategy activities to gain industry standards for production and then institutional clients in the first year.

Won a Startup Weekend competition and then ran with the idea of using additive manufacturing to produce life-like teeth for teaching dentistry students.
