Kia Motors UK Dealer Website Platform
https://www.kia.com/uk/Created a platform for Kia Motors UK to manage its 196 dealers by using the primary/replica concept in AEM and delivered the project on time with zero P1, five P2, and acceptable P3 and P4 bugs.
The application was built on AEM 6.4, and the project was a great success.
I implemented analytics to track logged-in and logged-out user journeys, behavior, page-level, and form tracking.
Edtech Platform and Migration
Transformed the business of a local educational institute that ran its operations offline and worked with the stakeholders to migrate their business to an online platform during the pandemic.
As the technical product manager, I led the business transformation and migration to an online platform. Later TutorVista was acquired by BYJU'S, India's market-leading edtech company. We did the project in two phases: building the website and implementing a mobile application compatible with Android and IOS apps.
ResMed Digital Projects
Proposed, architected, and managed the UI/UX design and the launch of multiple high-profile digital initiatives for ResMed. These included applications, social campaigns, influencer campaigns, and digital media programs.
We implemented analytics for the ResMed online shopping website to track the user info like custom link tracking, download tracking, find a dealer, user information (logged in status, customer ID), guest user journey, register user journey, add to cart, remove from cart, cart update, page tracking etc.
We used analytical data to convince stakeholders to make strategic decisions.
