A major European checkout provider sought to enhance its payment capabilities by developing an in-house payment gateway.

I joined at the project’s inception, leading ideation, development, and execution from scratch. Over two years, I managed multiple stakeholders, defined the roadmap and backlog, and coordinated two tech teams, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration and alignment with third-party dependencies.

Despite complex dependencies with Agile teams and external partners, we successfully delivered both the MVP and full V1 scope on time.

Beyond delivery, I played a crucial role in team building, fostering a culture of autonomy and ownership. Through compassionate leadership, I helped establish fully self-organized teams capable of sustained delivery without ongoing direct oversight.

MySales Lab is a leading demand forecasting company in Eastern and Central Europe.

I worked closely with the CEO to define the vision, features, and development of key modules, ensuring alignment with market needs. This involved deep market research and close collaboration with clients to deliver high-impact, industry-leading functionality.

Iron Service

Conceived and led the development of a payment automation solution for car dealerships and service centers, streamlining transactions and financial operations.

Iron Service is a standalone software solution designed to automate payment operations for car dealerships and service centers.

I conceived the idea in 2018 and collaborated with IBS, a leading provider of financial technology solutions, to develop next-generation software for managing Glory deposit and recycling machines.

We built a comprehensive back-office and front-office system enabling seamless payments via cash, cards, or QR codes. The solution automates invoicing and integrates with document management (DMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to consolidate client data. Additionally, our cloud-based monitoring and reporting service provides real-time oversight of cash machines and transactions.

The project was successfully sold to Winner Automotive, Ukraine’s largest car importer and dealership network.

Farseer | Visual Shelf Monitoring System

Created a concept, vision, and features for the visual shelf monitoring system.

Limpid Armor, the creator of Farseer, is a Ukrainian company specializing in cutting-edge artificial intelligence and computer vision solutions.
