ACTIVITIES
• Co-created the product vision and roadmap for EMEA.
• Created a robust traffic ramp-up and a CRO plan for customers to go live, including implementing search and optimization of SEO and SEM strategy and CRO strategies using email opt-in, exit-intent popups, surveys, intelligent search, A/B testing, and personalization.
• Drove product management with world-class multi-vendor engineers and a cross-functional team of over 40 members, including product owners, content writers, PR, country marketing managers, SEO and SEM strategists, data scientists and analytics, product designers, and user researchers from conception to launch.

The largest online marketplace in the world wanted to meet the new tax regulatory requirements by enabling its sellers to register, file, and pay for value-added tax (VAT) online.

ACTIVITIES
• Led multi-disciplinary product teams to deliver an innovative product that delivers market-leading VAT services for global marketplace clients. Features included APIs, digital front-end UI/UX for sellers to provide details needed to register for a VAT number in countries across Europe, and submission of their tax filings.

There is a KYC/fraud detection tool to speed up and automate the onboarding process, a set of RPA robots to automate the registration and filing work, and an invoicing and payment solution.
