- Oversaw the foundational redesign of Chelsea's websites—both the main website and the six foreign sites they have to reach fans around the world.
- Worked closely with the mobile app team to create a single, integrated Chelsea FC experience, both for the fans and from a technical architectural point of view.
- Helped to simplify the website design and improve the UX flows, so that fans could find the areas of the site they want more easily. We would then work with our sponsors to include native advertising which integrated well with site content.

We estimated the average family could save £900 per year by using the app and the UK would avoid a lot of food waste, thereby helping the environment.
