  • Collaborated with customer success to build a first payment UX, increasing activation from 45% to 55%.
  • Designed and built 12 quick fixes to the existing onboarding flow, reducing compliance processing time from ten to five days and increasing conversion by 12%.

Project History

Launched LandInsight into a New Segment to Increase TAM

Built a business case for launching LandInsight into a new segment, led the teams building the functionality, oversaw a 5-session enablement plan for sales and customer success, and won new enterprise clients in the first few months after launch.

LandInsight helps property developers find and assess off-market land. With this project, I enabled LandInsight to also serve the needs of power developers searching for land for power generation projects such as solar PV, wind, and battery storage. In doing so, we significantly increased LandInsight's TAM both in the UK and internationally.

Built and Launched a Greenfield Web App | ARGUS Acquire

Led two squads of engineers, BAs, designers, and QA to build, beta test. and launch ARGUS Acquire into the US and Canada. We secured a first paying client.

ARGUS Acquire helps acquisitions at property funds, pension funds, and REITs track their deals to acquire property assets, consolidate all the information about a deal in one place, and run a what-if analysis to assess the sensitivity of the cash flow from the asset to different inputs.

Built a Product Strategy Stack to Deliver Strategic Alignment and True Empowerment

Built Ometria's first product strategy, developed their first set of product principles, and initiated their first design system strategy.

Against a backdrop of rapidly growing product and engineering departments, I built the strategy stack at Ometria. That drove alignment at the senior leadership team level and ensured key guardrails were in place to enable the cross-functional teams to be empowered to make small and medium decisions in their day-to-day work. Ultimately, that enabled the cross-functional teams to move faster and work more autonomously.

Rapidly Grew and Restructured the Product Department at Ometria

Grew the headcount from four to 10 and restructured the product department into three teams—product management, product design, and product operations.

In seven months, I grew the product team from four to 10, initially using interim hires like consultants and contractors and then backfilled them with permanent hires. That ensured the product team could meet the needs of the business in the short term while we built the product culture and improved the process. I designed an end state org structure for a year ahead of time and a transitionary org structure as we built out the teams toward that. To reduce the workload on product managers, I formed a product operations team.
