I managed a successful 27-month program to migrate-in-place and mature a heavily utilized PPM solution. The components included all new hardware, new software version, additional integrations, and process automation, substantial data translation and migration, heavy collaboration with business stakeholders to implement new processes and process improvements, as well as supporting and enabling a newly formed PMO.
