Investor Virtual Event Playbacks

Developed and launched a feature for providing 130,000 users with event replay materials through a one-click solution.

The Carlyle Group is the world's second-largest private equity firm. With the move to digital events during COVID-19 lockdowns, we needed a secure way to provide investors with video and audio playbacks and supplemental materials. I developed an internal tool to access these materials with one click.

Automated Case Triaging

Led product development, including research, roadmap, design, and development, for automated case triaging, reducing response times by 50%.

The Carlyle Group aims to provide white-glove service to its investors. To strengthen its ability to serve its investors in a timely manner, I conducted data analysis and research on investor behavior to understand their needs. Also, I developed requirements for a technical solution to automatically identify high-priority inquiries and help back-office staff prioritize their work.
