This project focused on the complete digitalization of the project lifecycle in the renewable energy industry, covering process engineering, procurement, and project execution. As a product manager, I led the implementation of an integrated project Lifecycle management (PLCM) system, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, procurement, and execution teams.

The initiative replaced manual processes with automated workflows, real-time data tracking, and advanced analytics dashboards, improving project visibility and risk mitigation. The digital tools streamlined vendor management, procurement tracking, and compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Key outcomes included faster project completion, improved resource allocation, reduced operational risks, and enhanced sustainability reporting. The project positioned the organization as a leader in digital project execution, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize renewable energy infrastructure development.

The risk engineering module in the IB portal was designed to manage and track risk-related activities across multiple sites associated with an account or program. It provided a structured approach to efficiently assess, improve, and document risk management processes.

The self-service portal was developed to empower external agents, brokers, and partners with an intuitive platform for managing policies and claims without direct manual intervention. As a product manager, I drove the design and implementation of a digital-first experience, ensuring secure document access, streamlined workflows, and real-time insights.

Some key functionalities included:
• Document management: Agents and brokers could securely access, download, and upload critical documents.
• Policy administration: The system enabled renewals, cancellations, and edit requests with automated workflows.
• Claims Submission: It offered a simplified claims process with guided forms, status tracking, and document uploads.
• Dashboards: The portal provided program and account-level analytics for real-time policy and claims tracking.

This initiative significantly reduced manual processing, improved response times, enhanced transparency, and empowered external stakeholders with a self-sufficient, efficient digital tool.

As a program manager, I spearheaded the execution of solar and wind energy projects, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from planning to deployment. To enhance project efficiency, I developed standardized templates for data capturing, ensuring uniformity and accuracy across all projects.

To improve real-time monitoring and control, I implemented interactive dashboards, providing stakeholders with actionable insights into progress tracking, risk assessment, procurement, and financial performance. Introducing risk registers enabled proactive identification and mitigation of project risks, reducing delays and cost overruns.

Additionally, I optimized procurement tracking, ensuring seamless vendor management and on-time material availability. Automated financial tracking strengthened financial oversight, enabling better budget control and cost forecasting. These initiatives significantly enhanced operational efficiency, risk management, and decision-making in renewable energy project execution.
