As a product manager, I led the implementation of an integrated project Lifecycle management (PLCM) system, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, procurement, and execution teams.

The initiative replaced manual processes with automated workflows, real-time data tracking, and advanced analytics dashboards, improving project visibility and risk mitigation. The digital tools streamlined vendor management, procurement tracking, and compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Key outcomes included faster project completion, improved resource allocation, reduced operational risks, and enhanced sustainability reporting. The project positioned the organization as a leader in digital project execution, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize renewable energy infrastructure development.
