Oversaw a strategic project to develop a website for intermediaries such as brokers, advisers, and health points to deliver an excellent user experience.

Acted as the product owner and senior analyst for the cross-functional teams in the Nexus model to launch the product. Disciplined DevOps strategy and continuous development with Nexus. The product was focused on enhancing the customer experience of the customers by using the fluid content management capabilities of Adobe Experience Manager. Also, we focused on bringing the cost down of business using a single content management system rather than having multiple CMSs.

Report Lost or Stolen Cards and Temporarily Block or Unblock Cards | HSBC Mobile App

Enabled users to report lost or stolen cards and temporarily block or unblock cards using our mobile app, using just a few clicks.

There was no functionality to report lost or stolen cards or temporarily block the card on the mobile app, so the users had to use traditional phone banking to get the card blocked.

This increased the risk exposure for fraudulent activities in case of lost or stolen credit and debit cards, reduced customer experience quality, and increased cost to the business. This product was very innovative for the bank and enhanced customer experience multifold.
