  • Brought the NewSplitter app from inception to beta to public launch with close to zero development costs. Built-in React Native, with AWS as the back end and various APIs.
  • Defined and planned the development of an MVP web app version built in React and TypeScript, with a complete roadmap containing 20+ Epics and 100+ tickets.
  • Conducted user interviews and surveys, beta tests, and ongoing QA and UATs to define how the product should work, for whom, and without any bugs.

B2B Rocket is an end-to-end email marketing platform for B2B sales outreach. Component-based and built with ChatGPT connected to a slew of APIs, the platform takes a few basic inputs about the reason for outreach and the intended target audience before creating personalized outreach and response messages based on any publicly available information.

It has a database of close to one billion contacts, integration with major platforms for CRM handling, a full analytics dashboard, and meeting facilities.

As a PM at a startup, I worked with users, the development team, and the sales team to maintain, test, iterate, and instruct on improvements for the platform's general development.

I managed ClickUp and HubSpot's ticket handling for bugs, features, roadmaps, and clients. I also created and trained on processes, both internal and external.

I worked on implementation and AI prompt engineering to create successful email outreach and discussion.

Led design, business development, and growth strategies at a bootstrapped startup, expanding the team from 2 to 10 within a year without paying a single penny.

NewSplitter is a Swedish news app where users can read, evaluate, and comment on news from different sources. The goal is to fight fake news and break open echo chambers, increasing discussions and understanding of information and societal topics.

Using a smart commentary field, we can lift the two most popular comments from opposing standpoints, letting different sides face each other. We allow users to question the reliability of news content and comments and how to build up a profile with values that show when users reach the opposing side with good arguments.

I joined the fledgling startup in 2021. I started with market and user research before conducting design sprints to find the most significant pain points and opportunities, turning them into the feature roadmap and business roadmap. Over 2.5 years, I recruited more than 30 developers and designers from various networking events and university internships, offering positions to newly arrived talents in Sweden. Willing to contribute to a fantastic project with smart and effective methods, they all worked for free because they believed in our idea.

I ran product management and marketing from 2021 until launch in 2024.

Merchant of Record | The Platform Strategy

Conducted internal and external research and analysis on the market, users, industry, and competitors to conceptualize and plan a new platform strategy for one of the leading global MoRs.

The client (under NDA) is one of the first and premier MoRs offering services globally. Since their platform was built on legacy infrastructure, customers were churning due to outdated and slow solutions, while the differentiation to competitors diminished.

The mission was to evaluate the market and players and analyze target markets to create new concepts that the client could implement to capture new market shares. The plans were prepared and laid out for senior management and implemented into roadmaps with development teams. The concepts show high potential, but the project has yet to be concluded.

Web3 Launch Planning for a Major Fashion Brand

Planned and outlined the approach for launching products, experiences, and a community in Web3 for a major US fashion label with 200+ stores. Concepts with actionable implementation steps were accepted, leading to the collaboration deal.

The fashion brand was looking for a collaboration with a Web3 solutions partner and wanted to understand the current landscape, players, and opportunities. I prepared a business case with internal and external research and analysis, including ideas and concepts to launch and build the Web3 presence. The plans were presented to the senior management, which accepted them and wrote a 6-digit partnership deal with the company that hired me. Plans to roll out are in full progress.

The artist reached out to learn about standard practices for NFT drops and sales and to get actionable strategic launch plans that were outside the box.
